Christmas was crazy this year. 

Santa Came!!!

After the present opening. We got dressed cleaned up a little and headed to St. George for a couple of days. The girls were so excited to go to St. George we had a lot planned. We spent the evening with my family hanging out and letting the cousins play.  I was horrible at taking pictures I was just enjoying the time there.   

Christmas Eve 2012

Christmas was a bit eventful this year.  On Christmas Eve Grandpa and Grandma Curtis came up to give the girls their presents. 

After they left it was time for MORE present opening. 

Christmas Pajamas

Then presents from each other.  I know it's a lot a present opening Christmas Eve.  But we think it is a good tradition to let the girls open presents from each other on Christmas Eve so they can appreciate what each of them got from their sister I love to see them say Thank you to each other.  

This year we had them draw names for each other.  It was so exciting to watch them actually appreciate what they got from their sister. 

Now it's time to say Goodbye. to our Elf Jingle he will be back next year to watch over us, and report to Santa!

A Christmas tradition

I started this tradition when we lived at parents house 3 years ago.  All of our Christmas stuff was in a storage unit so I didn't have stockings for the girls so we made them.  The girls had to much fun that we now do it every year.  I am hoping that someday I will have a house that I can display all of the stockings that we make over the years.

The first two stocking are Felt Applique that I made.  My mom has them at her house that someone made for her many many years ago.  I have always loved them. They are a lot of work and time so I will slowly be making them for everyone in my little family.  Cory and Mine done, 3 maybe 4 more to go. 

A little Hot Cocoa Please

  I haven't really been into the whole Christmas Spirit this year which is sad because I love this time of year but I just haven't been feeling it.  I decided I need a little pick me up and to help get everyone into the Spirit so I decided to start a little gift giving early.  My girls new favorite thing is Hot Cocoa, so I have them a little warmth when they got home from school.  Cocoa mix, marshmallow's and Candy cane mixing stix.

Santa Clause

e went a saw Santa Clause.  Megan and Kadence went right up to him told him they wanted Addison on the other hand had to have a bit of  help from her dad. It was so cute Addi kept telling us "I am SO EXCITED to see Santa!!!" then when the time came she said she was very NERVOUS.  It was so cute.  The pictures are HORRIBLE but it is what it is.

I have only had my daycare kids until 12:00 this week so me and Addi have been doing some fun things together

Aprons for the girls, frames for Christmas pictures and Christmas signs. 

I love them and can't wait to put them up for Christmas

Christmas Stockings!

We came up with this idea last year and have decided to make it a family Tradition! We made our own Stockings for Santa to fill. It was a lot of fun to see what the girls come up with and to let them decorate them however they want.
