I know so many people are going to think this is really funny but I am quit proud of myself. I made Apricot Jam all by myself. It didn't turn out the best, it is really runny but at least I can say I did it. I think next time I will try strawberry, or peach I'm not sure yet. I need to figure out how to not get it so runny so I guess I just keep trying.

Why did you peel them? That adds so much time to the whole process. Peaches are probably harder, you have to peel them. But try strawberry next time. And send some to me!!
