Toothless!!
Kadence has finally lost her first tooth. Then a couple days later her second. Soon she will be totally toothless!
4th of July
The 4th was eventful this year. We usually spend the 4th in Minersville with Cory's family but unfortunately this year Cory was on call for work so we couldn't leave Payson. But we made the best of it. We had our friends over pretty much all weekend. Sunday we were altogether when Cory and Luke got called out for work. They left around 3:30 and got back around 9:00. We BBQ'd and took the kids for a ride in the Rhino then around 10:00pm they got called out again. This was really upsetting because hardly ever do they get called out and then to get called 2 times in 1 day. Cory got home around 4am. It was a really long night and it messed up our actual 4th because we needed to let him sleep for a little bit. Luke and his kids came over and we BBQ'd again did fireworks and celebrated a birthday all in one day. What a 4th of July

A First for me!
I know so many people are going to think this is really funny but I am quit proud of myself. I made Apricot Jam all by myself. It didn't turn out the best, it is really runny but at least I can say I did it. I think next time I will try strawberry, or peach I'm not sure yet. I need to figure out how to not get it so runny so I guess I just keep trying.

Summer Vacation!!!
Summer vacation has begun. Our school got our the Wednesday before Memorial Day which meant that start of summer!!! We spent Memorial in Minersville with family it was so much fun. Sunday we went for a jeep ride with Cory's family then played games that night. I don't think we have laughed so hard in our life it was a blast. On Monday I spent most of the day with my mom and her side of the family at my Grandma Carters house it was just like it was when we were little a lot of talking and eating. Megan had asked my mom if she could spend a week at her house this summer and this week just seemed perfect. So we sent all 3 of the girls to St. George for the week. On the drive home me and Cory just kept saying how quiet it was. Now that it's Monday and the girls have been gone for a day, it seems so lonely around here even with the 4 other kids that I have for 10 hours today babysitting. It will be a really long and lonely week without our 3 smiling little girls around here. A little peaceful but lonely!

Megans Poem to Mrs Penick.
Megan wanted to do something for her 2nd grade teacher Mrs Penick that no one else would think of, so she sat down and wrote this poem to her.
It's so hard to say good-bye
It's so hard to say good-bye
It's going to make me cry.
Thanks for the past year
I'm going to go wipe my tear.
I'll try not to be blue
I just want to say THANK YOU!!
I thought it was so cute. She really sat down and did this her self. Oh how amazing kids are.

Kindergarten Graduation
It is true, sad, exciting and unbelievable that this has come. Kadence is now a Kindergarten Graduate. She was so excited and nervous for her program because she had to talk well tell a joke in the graduation program. It was fun to watch her sing all the songs and tell her joke. "What kind of flower grows between your nose and your chin?" "Tulips" It was so cute and she did a great job.
Kadence and Mrs Davis
and of course Daddy and kadence
The pictures from the program didn't work so great so I need to tweak them a little then I will post some.
2nd Grade Program
Megan had a Patriotic 2nd grade program at school and it was so fun to go and watch. They sang tons of songs and told us about our country. My pictures were awful so this is the best it gets. She is the bottom row 4th from the right.
